The app for this item no longer exists, or it has been updated and no longer matches the user manual. Blue tooth doesnt connect. I am going to return the item for a refund. All three units were non functional. Batteries were included but the issue was that the app does not work, so basically the items are useless. I bought a new android cell phone last year - samsung note 9, which has the latest blue tooth connectivity and has no issues connecting to other BT devices. Here are a few clear problems. As you can see from the packaging photo I provided, it says on the box that there is a QR code on the box to download the app. However there is clearly no qr code. Also if you search for "ifisher" in the google play store, no such app exists. There is a "fisher" app that seems like it might be the correct app to try instead, however it does not have a + icon to connect any devices and does not connect to the devices provided. I basically couldnt get this to work at all.

I wish they worked better but these are the only wireless alarms I could find. Sometimes the phone app will show all 3 alarms as active but usually one or 2 will show to be off. I have learned if I keep closing and opening the phone app they will eventually all show active so they do work and they have allowed me to catch some nice but slow biting catfish.

It works really well and lets you enjoy fishing without holding your fishing rod - really cool! I got the three pack and unfortunately after a few days two of the three ran out of battery. It would be even more fun if you could customize the song for each of the Bite Alarms in the App. Not many options in the App. Also you have to close the App after every catch and reset otherwise it will not alert. Overall really impressed, fun device.

My husband loves to fish and I got this for his as a gift. He said the fish bite alarm is great, especially if you are doing night fishing. Alarm rings on your phone so you don’t have to keep looking at the line all the time, especially when this is difficult in the dark.

Man bought these for my kids at our new lake house. My kids are forever fisherman now! The alarm goes off and the entire house clears out! Everyone is headed out back to the lake. What a great product to simply bring us closer together! Oh yeah, it works as advertised. Been really windy here and I haven't gotten one false alarm. I even have learned to set mine up like a "hair trigger". I was cutting the grass and trimming the hedges while fishing today. Caught a fish too! Made the yard work more exciting.

Worked as advertised. Been using these alarms for a couple of months without any issues. The battery still worked on my last trip and appears long-lasting.It definitely would be nice to be able to customize the alarms though. According to the seller, they are working to amend the apps to allow this. Can't wait. This would be an awesome upgrade

The string trigger system is innovative for preventing false alarms, but also requires a fairly decent bite to set off. The app software doesn't allow for changing alert music, which I found to be a very low volume at my phone's highest. App is easy to use, if a bit laggy to activate/deactivate your individual rods, which you can name and select a color to associate with, and that I found cool.Also, the clamp on my smaller rod (still pulls in tarpon) wasn't tight enough... And the first bite went into the river

Bought the one pack for my Uglystick. Worked as described! Getting more for my other fishing rods for my next trip.
