BEST WIFI ROUTER WE'VE EVER HAD!
Okay, so for a long time we have had a basic $40-or-so router that had served us okay. This MeshForce Mesh Wifi System (we got the 2 pack) is blowing that all away. It's awesome. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 bath OLD home (built 1946). It's approximately 2,300 square foot floor plan is unique because it has had a couple additions to the structure in the last couple of decades. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Down stairs has the master bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The lower level is quire wide and has a lot of open space between rooms.Unfortunately, the coax for our internet provider enters the home in the furthest corner of the house. Literally, the least central part of the house--which would have been more ideal. So with our modem hooked up in the worst corner, our router has to go there, too. What does that give us? Cruddy wifi coverage in half the house. Anytime my wife would use her iPhone outside of the living room, it would drop wifi for cell data because the signal strength was better. The wifi in the kitchen and some of the upstairs was okay, but was non-existent in the master bedroom, one upstairs bedroom and the upstairs bathroom. No way it would give us anything in the garage, deck, or backyard. Needless to say, our cell phone bill spiked because of all the data that was being used, instead of the wifi. We almost considered dropping our internet service altogether! Then here comes MeshForce! We bought the two pack, because the location of the modem and coax was horrible. The second unit we put in the kitchen (the center of the lower level of our home), and we now have excellent wifi in the master bedroom, garage, and the backyard/deck! Upstairs is awesome, too. What a difference! I'm not complaining at all!Considering the cost of the MeshForce 2 pack, it's a no-brainer. We save enough money on our phone bill now, that we will break even in less than two months. Awesome. We have a lot of devices connected: 13 at this very moment. They vary from iPhones, iPads, Nest security cameras, 3 Google Home Minis, one Amazon Alexa Dot, two Rokus, one TV, a Chromecast, etc. All have performed flawlessly with excellent connection. Obviously, most of those devices are constant drainers on bandwidth; however, we have not had any issues with over-taxed signal.Setup was stupid easy. I will recommend that you choose a different network name than your old one; otherwise you will confuse your devices and it will seem like nothing is working. Download the app, choose a new network name and password, setup all the units, then sit back and relax! The app lets you monitor network speeds and connected devices. If you want to disconnect your kid's device from the internet, you can do it in the app! If you want to blacklist a device, you can do it in the app! If you want to create a temporary guest network for your in-law's when they visit, you can do it in the app!Seriously, this is the best upgrade we've made in our home for all of our devices. It just works; what more could you want?!

Easy to setup wi-fi to cover dead spots in your home
I installed the two-pack of the MeshForce Wi-Fi system in my 3,000+ sq. ft. home in an attempt to cover some of the dead spots and dropped connections that I've been experiencing while using AT&T's provided router.Pros:- Physical setup was incredibly easy: just plug it in.- Small and attractive design meant that I was able to place it out in the open instead of hiding ugly equipment inside or behind a cabinet – I assume this helps with the signal strength and coverage.- Setup/configuration was also easy using the app. At one point I wanted to make sure that I configured all of the advanced details (the app includes some minor details and is fairly simplistic) – I could not find instructions or an ability to connect with a browser GUI (like you would normally configure a router).- Using the app you can rename devices to easily identify them. I went around and connected devices one at a time so that I knew what they were and could rename them easily. You can configure the devices to be in a group for the ability to control them (ex. turn off all kid’s devices).- uPnP devices seemed to work well and connect automatically. I didn’t have to configure any port forwarding or anything.- Dead spots are gone. No more dropped packets. Overall a much better experience. I did testing throughout my home before/after - results are in the chart/image. Major change is better coverage range and no dropped packets.- Low cost (compared to alternatives).Cons:- There is only one physical port so you need to have a gigabit switch if you have multiple devices that need to be physically connected with a cable.- My wired devices took a while (30+ minutes) to fully connect. I’m not sure if this was a problem with the new hardware or the new subnet address scheme or what was the issue – those devices did eventually work just fine after the initial connection happened.- I noticed a bug with the device groups – I had a couple groups that disappeared after being created. When I added more devices to that group the app glitched and the group name was gone (and all devices that were previously in that group were no longer assigned as members of a group). I had to recreate the groups and re-assign the devices.- It does not use the standard IP address schema that you expect with your home networking devices. It uses 192.168.39.xxx instead of 192.168.1.1 – you can change this in the configuration but I chose to leave it alone.

Mesh WiFi System that is Well Priced and Works Great!
I have been using the Meshforce Wifi System (2 Pack) for about a week now and I am very pleased. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and the wireless router we were given with the apartment had a signal that reached throughout the apartment, but the internet speed and connection reliability were fuzzy in the bedroom. THIS MESHFORCE SYSTEM FIXED THOSE ISSUES! I have 1 mesh point in the living room and 1 in the bedroom and they both put out strong signals and my devices (5-6 at a time) automatically connect to the best one.Setup was easy with the My Mesh app. I plugged it into my current router and it automatically detected what type of connection was needed to make it work. I even have my desktop plugged into the main mesh point's ethernet port and that works great! Setting up the 2nd point was easy as well and the app guided me through the whole process. The power adapters have a slight noise when you are really close to them, but you cannot really hear them otherwise and they work great. The 2 Pack even came with a nice ethernet cord so you don't have to worry about getting anything else to set up this system in your home! I opened the box and had everything set up in 15 minutes or less.Customer service is hard to get a hold of.
