Dissolves easily in milk, is flavorless. I have been using for my mother to assist with the healing of her pressure sores from a cast.in her leg that was too tight. All of her wounds have healed now with the exception of ine and it is very close to being healed. I will undergo bariatric surgery on the next few.months and this is assisting me.with keeping up my protein levels. Highly recommend!!
