This is superior quality and the price is soo low i wasnt expecting this good quality...velvety material with velcro fastening...any the way the rhinestones are set they will not come off....

basically a black leather tube with velcro fastening. Have fitted it to my handbrake but I am unsure whether it is safe to use it for the handbrake as there is no shaping and so it it slips in the hand. Think I might re-purpose it as a seat belt protector, just to be safe

Didn't fit so I cut it to size and does slid off sometime
