works fine, not as small as expected
I was expecting just a small, maybe 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch sticking out of my MBP, but it's closer to a 1/2 inch. I have a micro to usb adapter and bought this thinking it would stick out less, but they stick out the same amount. The usb adapter is taller, but more narrow than SD adapter. Neither are really short enough, but both seems to be about as small as they can be made.

Works just fine. Description states black. I received a blue one. Thats the only reason it did not get 5 stars.

Sleek and Concealed
I bought this adapter in order to add a bit of extra storage to my macbook air. The adapter fits just perfectly on any macbook air and is very convenient to have. I would highly recommend as an expansion slot for memory or to protect port from dust.

Still too big for ultrabooks.
Too big for my zenbook, you can't leave it on (And of course too small for a normal notebook), but works good.
