Amazing product. It’s a really fine powder so mixing it into liquids takes patients and time. If you rush it will clump up like malt o meal. Other then that does what it says helps with focus, clarity, memory. Smells fishy but doesn’t taste when mixed into morning coffee. Enjoy

This is supposed to be a dietary supplement. [Lion's mane, in case this review crosses over to other products.] I however love mushrooms and their flavor. I love mushroom umami flavor in my soups, fried taters, and eggs. This fits the bill. It may not work well for you if you want to use it primarily as a supplement. It does have a pronounced flavor. It looks and initially smells like cocoa. However, once put in anything hot (or take a GOOD whiff), the more the mushroom becomes apparent. It's easily covered up in a strong cocoa or coffee (but, it's still there). You need to double it up to use it in a serving of good soup, though.The powder is so fine (it's just dried powdered mushrooms) and it doesn't per se "dissolve". It can be whipped into a suspension, and that's as good as it gets (if you were to drink it). In soups, it takes a lot of whisking to get it to suspend there as well.The flavor is hard to describe. Very nice. Not as pronounced as shiitake, but, there is no salt added, so you can add as much as you need to get as much of that great flavor as you want. Chocolatey, but still mushroom.I haven't been able to hear colors, smell sounds, or have my ability to read auras enhanced at all - but it's a GREAT addition to my spice collection. My soups, taters, and eggs thank you. Unintended use, but it works in my particular application.

I hate to do it, but I feel I must knock a star off my rating due to the packaging. It’s just a bit hard to keep fully sealed in my opinion. Product itself is wonderful, however.

I've purchased the sacred 7 previously, and I'm enjoying this lions manes...very rich umami flavor...I just toss and wash it down...very umami reminds me of miso soup or other asian dishes I've eaten.

good flavor, i could not notice a difference in strength, it was a bit expensive for the small size

That's kind of shadey making it a 2oz bag instead of the 4oz. bag that i have previously purchased.

Add it to my tea coffee or my favorite flavored water and stirred it up.
