My Kingdel mini computer was delivered very quickly in two weeks and I received a refund of the import tax as promised. The computer was easy to set up and I commenced installing the latest versions of my programmes. All was well until the Windows 10 pro Operating system received a very large update. Following the update Win 10 had a conflicted with Fire Fox, which I had to remove, then proceeded to crash every few minutes until finally the OS would not recover. The only solution was to reload the OS, but a new Win 10 pro would not load into the original drive partition. Reluctantly the drive was reformatted which allowed the new win 10 pro to be installed, followed by all my other programmes, (excluding Fire Fox, just in case) fortunately the purchased programme keys were reaccepted. The computer is now working without any problems. I am delighted with the computer, it is very fast and has to be a very good buy for the cost. My rating is for the computer even though I had a problem with the software, perhaps the supplier should consider installing a more up to date OS on future computers.

I wanted this computer to become my main desktop machine for light audio and video editing, and I needed it to be quiet to be able to record my own music in my room without any background noise.This computer has fulfilled my expectations: it came with Windows 10 pre-activated and with three partitions. I have changed that now to suit my needs, but it was already configured and all the drivers were already updated. Everything works fine straight out of the box, which is what you'd expect.When idle, it runs quite cool but when pushed (while installing programs or rendering video) it can become quite hot so be aware of this and give it plenty of room so that fresh air can flow around it and stop it from overheating.Build quality seems solid and good all around, no rattling parts. It was nicely packed at delivery.The only thing that I would warn other customers about is that the DisplayPort output needs an active cable or active converter to work properly. If you use a passive converter, Windows just won't show any second screen, only the main HDMI output. Once you use an active DP converter, it's all good and with the HDMI connector, that makes for two very good quality screen outputs. I haven't tried doing 4k on them as I only have HD material, and it's more than good enough for me.Also, the SD card reader's connection seemed a little bit intermittent at first but the issue seems to have gone away after a couple of reboots. I wish this computer had dual LAN connection tho, that would have been fantastic!As this is delivered from China, if you live in the UK £23 import tax needs to be paid to the courier, but if you send a message to Kingdel they will automatically refund you that amount.I found that Kingdel's team replies quite quickly through Amazon's email to any queries, so that's good for peace of mind.

OK so this is the same pc as the Eggsnow Fanless Core i7 just £40 cheaper and with 8 gig more ram.It took just over a week to arrive so not bad as it is from China, UK buyers you will get this item delivered but you will have to pay £23 import tax so be warned still 10£ cheaper than the eggsnow version of the same item,I bought the one with the 16gig ram and 512 Gig SSD drive as I have another 1TBit SSD drive I recon I could fit my own 1TB Drive, this was also a good call because when I received it I was a bit worried about a rattle inside the case but this turned out to be the extra dive cables but worryingly note the pictures I added the SATA Cable clip was shorting out some of the pins on the MB.In the package you will find1 X HDMI Cable1 X Pair of antennas1 X power supply1 X Packet of extra screws to fit an additional HD Unpack carefully I almost lost mineMine came with a 512 Gig Msata drive. this was partitioned into three drivesI fitted an extra 512Gig SSD drive but it is a tight squeeze complicated by the external SD slot and front USB2 cable as you can see in product photos this runs across the MB I would have liked to see this routed out the way to allow for more space for additional drives as the fitting additional drives can cause the plug to be dislodged happened to me.I want to use it for 4K Video so I paired it with the ViewSonic VX2475SMHL-4K and used the display port at present I have a slight concern as at boot up there are artefacts on the screen that remains till fully booted then display is all good only time will tell if this remains an issue, and or degrade.

I thought it is the time to review this PC after three months since the purchase. I am really pleased with this PC. It is small in size, high quality metal case, silent, and above all, its performance is excellent. I used this PC for the software development work which generates large amount disk activities and high CPU circles. It has met all these challenges very well.The supplier Kingdel's also provides the first class service. They always reply my questions very quickly. Since then I have purchased another three units with the different CPUs. Overall this PC is highly recommended.

Super fast ! Such a dinky PC but fast & really decent sized SSD. Quickly delivered too !

Cracking little PC. Takes-up no space, runs quietly, fast as you like processor. Old Dell tower gone...
