Potentisimo plato para ir de pie/ entrenamiento de fueza y velocidad punta, la mtb ahora corre un 20% mas aprox y aun me cuesta darle con la ultima marcha al plato, espero que dure muchos años

Habe mit dieser Kurbelgarnitur mein Aldi/Hofer CYCO Klaprad zu einem zu einem ernsthaft nutzbaren Fahrrad aufgerüstet. Strampelte man sich vorher schon bei 20 km/h zu Tode, kann ich nun mit moderater Trittfrequenz mit 25 km/h dahinradeln.
