The amazing: The customer serviceWhen I first got the light, the hanging hardware was missing, but customer service replaced it very quickly.The light died after four months of use. I wrote to customer service and the very next day I got a resolution and they shipped out a new light with expedited shipping. I would buy from them again because of their product and customer service.The good:The light is very bright and its color is adjustable. The 3000K setting gives out a very pleasant warm color. It uses a 0-10V dimmer mechanism and attaching any old potentiometer to the dimmer terminals will give you very nice dimming. The light will go completely off at the lowest setting. There is a top light which makes for a very nice indirect light component. The company supplies hanging hardware which is elegant and does the job. In my case the hardware was missing, but the company replaced it quickly.The bad:It uses a 0-10V dimmer mechanism, which means that an extra pair of wires are present. For new work this is fine, but for old work, it is likely you don't have scope to draw these two extra wires back from the fixture to the switch.The fixture is on the heavier side and weighs 5.8 lb. The two lights can not be operated or dimmed independently. This is a pity, because with a little more work they could have given us this facility.The disappointing:The light died after less than 4 months of light use. However (see above) customer service very rapidly replaced the light

The fixture looks nice and works well. Its great that it comes with the mounting cables. It is simple to open the panel to change the color temperature. The light is dispersed nicely both up and down. The up and down lighting is great for our needs as we can use it to brighten the entire space. Like a lot of LED fixtures, you need a communication line for dimming purposes so just be ready ahead of time if you need the functionality.

We used this fixture in a kitchen with a upward vaulted ceiling. It was hard to find a fixture to hang over the island that could spread the light. Overall the fixture was good and provides more than enough light. However, the cover plate was not included and the main electrical cord wasn’t something we liked seeing so we covered the cords and hanging wire on each side the fixture rods. It dressed up the light for home use.

Uplighting is great. The lights seem high quality, especially for the price. The recommended dimmer switches were hard to find so had use a different type. Seem ok but a bit splotchy at lower light levels.

Easy to install. Looks sharp. It was placed over a desk in a private office. Good product. Very happy with it.

Great product easy to install only downside is to adjust the temperature you have to take the side plate off

just be aware you need a specific system to dim the light, (5wires)
