My First Book of Relativity (My First Book of Science)

Great book!

If you can’t explain it simply you don’t understand it well enough, right?I love these books along with Astrocat for making complex topics digestible and enjoyable for all levels and ages. At 35 I am still learning new things alongside my 10 year old.We will always keep these as some of our most treasured reference books.

This is a great physics book for kids--very easy to understand and attractive and relevant illustrations. My boys (7 & 9) love it!

I checked this out from our library on a whim for my kids. The 9 and 11 year olds loved it the most. The book breaks down some of what I think are very complicated concepts in physics, and makes them tangible for young kids. It does a fantastic job drawing kids in to a topic that is otherwise extremely abstract. When I read one page aloud to my 9 year old - and he realized what I meant - his face lit up in an "ah-ha!" moment.Today I searched the authors' names and discovered two other books in this series! Yay!

I loved this book! It taught me a lot about relativity, and even though I have experienced relativity before, I had no idea how it worked, until I got this book! Thank you!
