I was extremely hesitant to purchase any kind of ear protection, but once my ears started to show signs for cauliflower my wife insisted I buy some. I checked out a few different brands but they nearly all felt huge, did not tighten properly, or fell off during live rolls. I came across these and was extremely happy with the results! They feel good on my head, are easy to adjust, and do not fall off. I'm actually fine with wearing ear guards since I found these". My wife is happy and my ears are safe :)

I received this item and the material looks great, the earguard seems to work well but this one-size does not fit all. I am a woman with a smaller head and figured the velcro would help me adjust. No matter what I did, the ear cups couldn't align with my ears which is what I am trying to protect so it was ridiculous. Really not a good fit for small people.

Tried it for the 1st time with some rough and challenging rolls and it protected very well my injured/swollen ear. Good product, good company.

Seemed like a decent product but was way too small. If you have a big head as a man pass on this. The rear Velcro(no photo) is not really adjustable & takes little effort to rip apart.

Got a few days of rolling in the new head gear. It's really comfortable and has stayed put in every roll.Chin strap is padded nicely and still lets me tuck my chin tight.I've got a normal size head and it fits me just fine.Not winning any beauty contests in it though. But it's better than letting my ear get fubar any more than it is.

I am veryi impressed with this headgear it is super light and durable you can really pound on your ears and not feel it. Your training partner will appreciate the soft fabric. My coach even tried it on and said he might get one as he was very impressed. Overall I'd recommend this headgear in a heartbeat.

I really like the ear protectors. It does just that; keeps my ears from getting ground up when sparring with my team mates. I got a cauliflower ear and it is NO fun. The head gear really protects my ears and I can still hear instructions from my professor.

Good fit. Slides on easily without a bunch of velcro cords everywhereUpdate. After a few months, the fabric lining started peeling off. Still works, just disappointed that it's starting to fall apart already.

Best earguards I have used so far. I have used 2 other pairs and they do not stay in position very well and caused scratches on my head. This one fits snugly with cushioned pads on the top and back of the head. The chin strap is also strong and well padded for comfort.This earguards also come with a lifetime warranty which the owner seems very committed to uphold.

Update: Yes these WILL work for jiu jitsu, but it looks horribly ugly. I went with another headgear thats a lot more stylish and higher quality. I look like a real whack job wearing this headgear.Good product, good quality, the mouthguard is an awesome bonus. My only complaint is its by no means comfortable for rolling. I feel like im being choked before I even start rolling! But its a good product.

I just tried these out for the first time last week and it is really helping my ears heal from Jiu-Jitsu. A bit awkward at first, but easy to use and it will save my ears.

I have trained in the headgear a couple of times now. They are very comfortable and have a pretty low profile that keeps them from getting caught on the gi when rolling. I like them much better than traditional wrestling headgear. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far so good.

It's comfortable, and it does what it's supposed to do. I was afraid the Velcro would be abrasive, but my training partners didn't complain. I believe I had a defective item, because my right ear was sore from wearing it after a few rolling sessions. However, after addressing this via email, they replied letting me know a replacement is on the way with a tracking number, per the one year warranty. It's a great product and even greater customer service experience.

I bought this headgear specifically because of the strap around the top of the head, and the softer material by the ears for my 8 year old wrestler. It stays put really nicely and my son says it is very comfortable. My only complaint is I wish it could adjust for a smaller head size. My son's head seems to be too big for the options for youth headgear and too small for the adult size headgear. But I think next year it will fit better, and then it will be perfect! Overall happy with this purchase.

The headgear just fell short in that the chin strap is crazy uncomfortable. The rest of the headgear is solid and serves its purpose in that I am currently trying to nurse a cauliflower ear. Overall very comfortable around the ears and forehead once you he a couple rounds in for the material to conform to your head but, the chin strap is a huge deal breaker in that I have to resort to taking it off between rounds if time allows it to keep it from digging into my chin to long. Just a little more padding there would have done the trick I would hope. Not a show stopper I'll keep using it for now but will be in the market for an alternative in the future.
