So many things not to like about this product. First of all, shipping time - the earbuds took over two weeks to arrive. The instructions are sparse and clearly written by a non-English speaker. Fine, how difficult could it be? I figured out how to sync them to my phone (you need TWO syncs - one for each earbud, I guess?)...and was only able to get sound out of one earbud at a time! I would get music in the left earbud, but the right one would be silent. When I tapped the right earbud, the music would start coming from that one, and the LEFT one went silent!As if this weren’t enough, the volume was extremely low - even with the volume turned all the way up it was only about 30% as loud as the normal volume (NOT turned all the way up) on my other headphones.The instructions say if you’re having problems syncing to delete the Bluetooth connection and start over. I did this (3 times), and it didn’t work.Finally, like many products they say to contact them (via email) if you’re still having problems (of course they don’t want negative reviews). I did this and got NO RESPONSE!!Do not buy this product!

This was the second one I purchased. I lost the left earbud on the first set I purchased and contacted the seller to buy another left earbud. The seller would not sell me a left here bud. The seller said I must buy a whole new set. The seller said I could get a 20% discount . That never happened. I was using the first set with only the right earbud while waiting for the second set to arrive. I pull the earbud out of my right ear and the rubber piece stayed in. I had to go to a clinic to get the rubber piece removed. Rather dangerous I would say. The second set arrived and after many many frustrating attempts it would not pair. Sent them back. The sound quality was OK for the price. Not the quality of AirPod but it did not cost $200 either. I would steer clear of this product and the seller.

Pros: lightweight, button on side is responsive, decent noise canceling, comfortable and ease of pairing, but....Cons: calls are so quiet, even on max. They stop working if you ride your bike. Kept cutting in and out. Not sure if wind is the cause. I bought another set from another company to try both. They work finest in my bike, but they hurt my ears to wear them.I would only recommend if you plan to do no biking ( can't speak to other activities such as running) and make calls only in quiet indoor locations.I am bummed because they are super comfortable. Case is decent even though plastic top is cheap and had wear on it. Not sure if it was from being in my pocket or came that way.I am giving it two stars because the whole reason to buy these were for biking. The pictures advertise being great for exercise.

I'm very torn by these earbuds first and most I want a say the sound is pretty okay. I don't like the fact that the left Air Bud overheats less than 5 Seconds. I'm very disappointed with that. I was really looking forward to these earbuds knowing that I paid a good price for them. The first day that I got the earbuds that was yesterday that would be the july 27th 2019 and I put it in my ear. And the first thing I noticed it started to warm up on my left side of my ear were the ear bud at. And at first I thought I was going crazy so I let my husband put it on and it did the same thing to him so at the end of the day I called today July 28th 2019 to ask for a replacement and explain the situation so I'm trying the company again and hopefully I don't get disappointed FYI I always believed in giving a company another try I will send an update. As soon as my Replacements come in.

I like these bluetooth earbuds. Super small and they sound pretty decent if you can get them to sit well into the ear--which seems to be jammed in as far I'm willing to push them. I only have a couple of complaints, and a slight, possibly unreasonable, phobia. First, the plugin for the USB is difficult to get connected. It's not quite right. I have a hard enough time getting USB connectors in the right way the first time, let alone fight a funky connector. Wrong, wrong, right. Basically every time. Second, I charged these things up and they were pretty warm. I didn't really think too much about it until I stuck one in my ear. It was a little too warm for comfort. Don't think it burned me, but felt close. Ears are sensitive things. If you bought these, I'd give it a few minutes after charging before sticking little firebrands in your ears. Sidenote--as I wear these I often wonder if I look ridiculous, like the cyborg dude in the Cloud City from Empire Strikes Back. Or, if I have them put in the way they are meant to be. Turned upwards? Downwards? Somewhere between? I'm unsure, unconfident, and possibly unstable.Now for my phobia. After experiencing the heated earbud close to my precious brain that I make my money with, I started thinking about the lithium batteries that spontaneously explode in some of those cell phone incidents. Then I reconsidered the wisdom of purchasing and using bluetooth earbuds that are literally fractional inches from said brain. Then I pondered the choice of buying these earbuds selected by the lowest price from a brand I'd never heard of. Perhaps this is just superficial fear. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic. After all, I'm currently listening to music with them. But, a small part of me is visualizing a scene from Scanners(1981) as I'm rocking out.

I was really excited to use these noise cancelling earbuds while riding my motorcycle. They look great, fit my ears pretty well, and cool case. However, they DO NOT cancel ANY noise. None. I had to turn the volume up so high to hear the music that it was too loud overall (motorcycle sound + wind through helmet). Really disappointed so returning them. :(

How can I contact the seller? I have had my buds for 4 months and one of the buds has already stopped working. It doesn't turn on or charge. Other than that I haven't had any problems. I know these aren't expensive but I do expect them to last longer than 4 months.

Earbuds won't connect or turn on. Buds do not light up at all when taken out of charger.

They stay in my ears and have a really good sound, so satisfied with my purchase!
