Slightly hard to open and close, but does its job
The size is great, because it fits a big half or two small halves. It’s a bit of a struggle to open and close the pod, but it does keep the onion fresh for longer and keeps the smell out of my fridge

This great little onion shaped container is perfect for use in the fridge for storing a single onion. It keeps them fresh and so no waste. Many makes on the market but Joie Kitchen Gadgets are the best quality. A lot of the cheaper one don't lastLooks good too!

Can’t open it
I have cut myself trying to open this thing, it’s like it’s superglued shut! I have to wait until my husband is home to see if he can open it, until then it won’t be doing any onion saving!However, I am a fair person, I will update my review to reflect the function of the item if I do manage to get it open.
