I was really wondering about whether or not I should order this suit, but after reading the reviews and deciding that I had no choice but to just order it (surprise trip sprung on me), I decided the best choice was to size up. I’m a true 26 through and through but I did not want the baby doll flowiness of it to be clung to my body so I sized up and I’m glad I did. It came about 4 days after ordering and arrived in a cute little zip up bag. When I tried it on it gave me little to no support other than the straps. So I have a very low cut bra with no padding underneath it. Which also made the suit a million times more comfortable since I wear a DDD cup bra. The suit was definitely not bad quality. And I honestly would like to order another one. As I’m writing this, I’m on my way home from my surprise trip and honestly, the only downside was the suit flipping up in the water. The bottoms remind me of a diaper cover almost. And they’re snug on my waist and legs. However I liked that aspect because I wasn’t constantly readjusting like I’ve had to do with other suits. Honestly, the whole swimsuit surprised me and it looked very cute on. I got quite a few cute pictures in it and I received many compliments. Being 21 and a large woman, you can understand why I liked feeling comfortable in my own skin. I definitely recommend this suit.

I am short about 5 foot and I have a long torso. I'm head to hip same as hip to toes in length so bathing suits are hard for me to find. I'm also about 250 lbs with a mom stomach. Some women understand what I mean. This suit was great fitting. The shorts cover me and the top is long enough to feel comfortable to wear. The straps to adjust which is great because I'm big but I have small tatas. Only problem was one of the cups was folded over and was damaged

I have to say, never in a million years would I think that a bathing suit ordered on line was going to fit my plus size body. I spend hours and hours and HOURS in stores trying to find the right suit and never have luck. Usually I settle on something unflattering after I scream to hell with it all in the dressing room. What made me even look into plus size suits on amazon is anyone's guess. But I did. and I ordered this suit because other plus size ladies said they liked it. I ordered up one size as a few reviews suggested. To my surprise the suit fit perfectly. It's comfortable, stylish and I did not feel like screaming when I had it on.So why not a five star rating? I asked myself "Does the suit hold up my DD breast with the support I was hoping for?" my answer is No, but then again what suit ever really can hold up my DD breast properly? The support was enough without me hanging out showing my goodies to everyone. I have seen a review where one ladies said she wore a bra with hers, and honestly I can see how this would work with the suit if I really wanted some extra lift in the chest area. I plan to try that just to see if it makes the breast area better, but honestly it's a win without having to do that. It's more like a want and not a "need" for more support. I would buy this suit again.....in fact I plan to buy one again for my sister in another color.UPDATE: End of summer, School starts next week. So this suit has been to the beach, and in a pool every weekend. It's been washed, spilled on, left in the shower for a few days, shoved in a bag. It's still in great shape. And yes the bra idea did work! At home in my pool I don't wear a bra but when at the beach I put on a black cotton bra for extra lift and it was perfect. This suit is a win for this plus size sun lover!

I absolutely LOVE this bathing suit (including the front bow, which some other reviewer's don't care for)! I am 5'7", 145 lbs., wear size 12 pants, "Large" in tops, and 38B bra. I have discovered I do best with a size "14" in bathing suits, which is fortunate as this seller did not offer a size "12". The size 14 top fits me perfectly, and is just the right design to minimize post menopause weight gain around the middle. An empire waist with some slack material down the front does wonders, and solid black is very flattering!I have yet to try this suit in the water. I hope it doesn't stretch too much and the lovely, wide, stylish, adjustable straps fall down! As a safeguard, I may tie the straps together in the back of my neck with a piece of black satin ribbon.As to the "boy short" bottoms -- BLEH. Uncomfortably tight and smallish, not much longer than panty briefs, really, but much more uncomfortable. I had planned on wearing drawstring black nylon shorts anyway on top of the supplied bottoms (for modesty sake) but, when I saw how uncomfortable the boy shorts were, I will probably eliminate them altogether and just wear the nylon shorts. Bathing suit bottoms are much easier to find than tops as nice as this one so, no biggy. Substitute and buy whatever other bottom you'll like best. The swim dress goes fully to the bottom of your butt and top of thigh.The one real downside of this suit, IMHO, is that the material looks like it will bleed. After trying the suit on, my hands washed off a bit of black color. The washing instructions on the seller's Amazon page (the last supplied "photo") give instructions for soaking suit for a couple of hours in salt water before 1st useage, and hand washing alone in cool water thereafter. So....be forewarned. I will probably treat the swim dress with some "Rit Color Stay Dye Fixative" I have, as I've heard salt baths aren't that effective. I have no personal experience either way, but I would try something for color fastness if I were you.This bathing suit fits the bill for me! Price is probably average, depending if you have to buy another bottom or not.

I was shopping for a maternity suit. As a plus size woman, I was having little luck. Because of this one's 2 piece design, I thought it might work. I ordered a couple sizes up and crossed my fingers. It came and is so cute and flattering. I returned multiple suits 4 times as expensive that were terrible! This suit was a nice surprise at a nice price. In a perfect world the pants would have been a touch higher waisted, but I am quite tall with plenty of junk in the trunk. I also removed the boob pads.
