I recently started taking creatine, and did some research before picking the right one for me. A friend of mine who has high knowledge of products that help body performance recommended this one. It is truly the perfect choice for either beginners or habitual users. Having no taste, makes it easy to either mix it with water when you aren’t working out or mix it with your protein which is what I do on my workout days. So far it’s doing what it advertises. I am stronger and gaining more mass. But it’s only been about a month. So we’ll see how far I can take this.Side effects so far? None really. Some bloat but that may be attributed to my not so perfect eating habits. But no headaches, hair loss or anything like that.As for the powder, there is no taste but it doesn’t dissolve in the water. So you end up swallowing a gritty powder. But it’s not horrible and you get used to it. 5gm in one cup of water is easy to take.I started with the small 56 serving canister to test it out. But I just bought the 200 serving pack. So I’m happy with it. Creatine HCL is the alternative to Monohydrate. But I’ve had little to no side effects so I’ll continue with this.

I bought some cheaper Creatine Monohydrate and it went right through me. No way I could load 20g per day. Maybe 5This product is great. I did 15g today and NO EFFECT. Very happy. Been wanting to load Creatine forever and the side effects were unbearable. This product is very pure.

I like that it’s tasteless. You can drink it with just water. It’s not chalky, stirs in nicely. I been using twice a week for the past month. Also helps with my post workouts

I’ve been taking creatinine since the 1990’s and most of the products I’ve tried were pretty good, but a lot of them have the same problem - large granules that don’t dissolve very well. Doesn’t mean that the product doesn’t work but it’s just harder on the stomach. This German creatinine dissolves better than any other product I’ve tried. Just know that there isn’t any creatinine that will totally dissolve, that doesn’t exist. As a person who has used creatinine for decades do yourself (and your stomach) a favor and DON’T do a loading phase where you use 4 scoops a day for a week. Just take the one scoop (5mg) a day, it will take a few weeks to build up the level in your system but it is worth not having explosive diarrhea for a week. This is a great product and delivery was very fast.
