Great Product and Superb customer service (highly recommend both the company and product)
I don't usually write reviews but felt the need to provide feedback for this retailer and the product.Disclaimer:I did notice some of the phantom keystrokes that others reported in the reviews but my original unit had a manufacturing defect. Although I was outside of the return window, the retailer worked with me and replaced the unit. The new keyboard resolved the issues and is working great. I have no relationship with the retailer and this is an unsolicited review.Product:The keyboard arrived on time and was a breeze to setup. The bluetooth connectivity works for my 2 laptops (work and play) and switching between them is very easy. I'm in IT and work remotely so I need a reliable keyboard that can hold a charge. This keyboard meets those criteria. I usually get a two weeks before recharging. (approximately 10 to 11 hours of use per day) It's a slim, no nonsense, easy to charge, use and connect bluetooth keyboard that can withstand regular usage on a daily basis. It's lightweight, compact, comfortable to use, the keys are very responsive and provide really good tactile feedback.Note: This is not a gaming keyboard.... Don't expect it to take that type of key mashing on a consistent basis, it's not built for that.... pony up and get "gaming" keyboard. If you spent the big bucks on your gaming rig go get the $200 multicolor led, programmable keyboard and game away. e.g. don't buy a lambo, put off-road tires on it and then complain the tires suck...Retailer:As mentioned in the disclaimer, my original unit was defective but I really wanted this keyboard because it checked all the boxes. (bluetooth, multi device, good key layout and features) I was outside the return window but reached out to the retailer to see if they could provide some assistance. They were prompt in their feedback and replies. After some initial troubleshooting, it was determined my unit was defective. They shipped out a replacement and I've been using it ever since. They were professional and stand behind their product. (a rarity for many companies these days)

Big enough to handle heavy typing, small enough to travel with.
I have one of those MacBooks with the keyboard problem, and because of covid I was unable to bring it into the store for repair. I also can't be without it for an extended period of time because of work. I had a little portable keyboard that folded up for travel but I hated it. The keys didn't register well, it disconnected a lot, and it moved around while typing. I bought this one mainly because it had a number pad which is extremely useful for me.I've had this keyboard for a week now. I didn't like it at first. I thought the keys were too "clunky" feeling and I was sad that it didn't fit into my laptop bag (for a 2018 13 inch macbook). It's not a huge deal to me, I just put it in another bag or put them both in another bag all together. I have been typing on this keyboard heavily for the past week and I must say that it has grown on me and I like it a lot. It feels much more sturdy than the native keyboard. The Apple store associate had told me before I purchased my Mac that people complained about the keyboard not working but she thought people were just being too rough with it. So I babied my keyboard and typed very lightly on it and it still messed up. With this keyboard I can type how I usually do and therefore my keystrokes are much faster and my productivity has gone way up. Every key registers and it stays put on the table. I also like the size of the keys and how big the letters are. Some reviewers complained about the layout of the keys but it hasn't bothered me one bit. I can easily type on this one without looking.I really didn't think I would use the feature to switch to another device much, but I've used it almost everyday to switch to my iPhone! The connection is very fast and switches in a second. My last keyboard would disconnect if I didn't use it in two minutes, but this one stays connected for a reasonable amount of time and only takes a second to reconnect. As for the size of this keyboard, I originally wanted something a little bigger because I wanted it to feel sturdy and be able to handle heavy typing, but I didn't want it to be so big that I couldn't travel with it. My favorite bluetooth keyboard of all time is the Logitech MK550, and I almost got another one but knew it would be too big to travel with. I thought this Clever BK10 would be too small but it's actually the perfect size! Big enough to feel sturdy and have full range of the keys but small and light enough to travel with. Also it's a huge plus not having to use a receiver.I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone.
