I have been using this product every day for over a month and only had to charge the case once. They automatically connect to your Bluetooth device (once paired) when either earbud is taken out the case. Auto charge when placed back in the wireless charging case. The sound quality is great. You will also get notified when the charge (of your earbuds) are low. Easy control for answering and ending calls by tapping the earbud. Not suited for hours of (all day) business calls, using 'both' earbuds; an hour or two is fine, but will then need to charge both earbuds at the same time. If using for many calls, I suggest using one earbud at a time. I have read some reviews that say that one earbud or both have stopped charging or does not charge; I have also found this myself. It is easy to put the earbuds back slightly out of position, so they will not charge; to make sure they are charging, look for the blue ring of light around each earbud! (The lights will go out when fully charged). If you move the case, remember to check that the earbuds are in position if you want them to charge! (Also, there is a small 'L' and 'R' just below and between the two charging connection points on each earbud). Make sure they fit into the corresponding places in the case. They arrive with assorted sizes of fittings for the earbuds (these may be made from a type of latex/rubber and need to check if you have an allergy(my ears have been itchy))!The charging cable is extremely short; a regular android charger will fit. Over all a great product at a brilliant price.

Connected immediately to my iphone straight out of the box. Sound quality is great. When you take them out of the charging box and put them in your ear you hear a voice in your ear saying 'power on' and then 'connected' and you are ready to go. The charging box is amazing - charge it up and you have hours and hours of earbud charge time. I don't know how long as my buds have never run out of charge as I put them back in box each time and I charge the box maybe every three or four days. I also use them for work phone calls and they work great for that. The only think is I tend to walk around when I am talking and keep leaving my phone on my desk and walking off out of range - my fault not the buds as I am so used to having earphones connected by wires to my phone. Also the connection doesn't work sometimes if the phone is in your pocket under too many layers of clothes but fair enough. I really like these ear buds and have also bought some for my son who loves them. Beautifully packaged (a bit like opening a new phone) and easy to understand instructions for how to advance track, rewind, etc just by tapping or double tapping either left of right ear bud. Great product.

Pros: battery life seems good and it looks cool.Cons: biggest one is as the titles says, no bass!I was so looking forward to these, I only ever buy cheap £5 scull candy headphones for gym and outdoor use, and have beats as my main (which recently broke) so I was excited to have a new decent pair of headphones. but from the moment I first connected and heard the sound, I was devastated.No bass whatsoever.Which annoys me more because its described as "Lossless Deep Bass Sound with No Delay"Which is a flat out lie, I also read the questions where someone asked if the bass was good and two people said yes! which is what persuaded me to go for these ones and I regret it so much!Believe me when I tell you there is NO bass. The £5 skullcandy headphones don't have much bass at all but have way more than these overpriced gimmicky junk.I immediately wanted them returned, however I thought I'd give them a fair chance and see if I could get used to them, for 1 day I thought I could but as soon as you hear music from any other source you realized how bad these are.That is more than enough reason not to get these but another con, is they lose their connection when you walk, not completely but every other step makes them crackle and not play, and it's only in my pocket, it works a little better if you have an inside chest pocket which reduces this but even then it can crackle once a minute.Honestly when I got Bluetooth headphones when they were relatively new, approx 15 years ago, they remind me of these. Look way better but same nasty functionality rendering them useless.These are cheap and nasty Chinese things, the build quality is ok but in terms of functionality it's cheap and nasty.So after a week I've finally put in a return order. Only downside is I have misplaced the packaging since then so unless I can find that I'm stuck with these.I thought about giving these as a gift but tbh I'd be embarrassed to. they look cool, but if they don't play sound well, then they are useless.I coulda got 7 pairs of skull candy headphones for the same price!
