These resistance bands are really awesome! They are each clearly labeled from really light to really strong, and they come in this nice little mesh bag which holds them perfectly for toting to the gym or my friends at-home garage gym. The thing that I love most about these particular bands is that they don't slip up and down my legs when I am using them. With other bands, if you have the bands around your thighs and bring your legs too close together, the bands lose the resistance and fall down. These do not do that, you can do all sorts of moves with these staying properly in place. I have a pretty regular (and hard-core) workout regiment, so my only beef with these bands is that I feel they can be slightly heavier. I probably won't use the 2 lightest bands at all, and I kind of wish the strongest band was just a bit heavier. But, to each his own, and I think that any person could use each one of these bands. Plus you really can't beat this price. I shopped and shopped around for good quality bands and I'm so happy I landed on these. Not only is the product great, but the company has been really nice in contacting me via email to make sure everything is ok and that I am enjoying the product. The answer is yes and yes, everything is great and I love these bands!!

I was introduced to this type of product while doing physical therapy. These little bands are amazing. I can get a great workout with these, and they throw in your suitcase. I picked this brand because I love the colors, but they are sturdy and of great quality!!

This is my first time buying resistance bands and so far with these bands, I do not really have any complaints. These 5 different tensions of bands make for a new, fun, and effective way for me to get part of my workout in at home. The 5 tensions that come with the bands are x-light, light, medium, heavy, and x-heavy. When I first got these bands, I was excited but I had no idea how to use them. With a quick search on the sports2people website, they had several videos for different muscle groups and of course the free downloadable e-book which is also very helpful for beginners to the bands like me. So far the quality is holding up and I am looking forward to getting better at these and finding new exercises to try. I am giving 4/5 stars because I usually have the be "dazzled" to give five, which is rare. To conclude, if you are looking for a cheap and easy way to get a new type of workout or physical therapy, I would recommend these.This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

These bands were shipped both individually wrapped and packed compactly in their own durable pouch. This was boxed tidily and I couldn't wait to check them out. I needed some bands that would require neither knots, nor adjustments, and would be thick and durable. I got just what I was looking for and am very happy with my purchase! I like that they don't roll up on me while I'm using them-it's a hassle and I bruise very easily! My favorite feature is that they come in five levels of resistance that will allow me a greater degree of exercise options. Since they store well in a high quality drawstring bag with a spring toggle closure, they will also travel well and be great for helping me prevent DVT when flying-without disturbing my seat-mates! I have a mini gym in a bag that takes up very little space, is silent to use, and will adjust to my needs when I use more than one band at a time as I need more challenge. I've already recommended them to my friends and would buy again from Sport2People without hesitation!

I decided to wait a bit before reviewing this product to see how well they worked and I have to say that they are great! I stick to routine when it comes to workouts but I do like trying new things and adding a bit of resistance is a great way to do so. These bands are a great quality product that I would definitely recommend to anyone. I've tried others that have broken mid squat that left me a little hesitant to try new ones but you can feel the difference in these. There are five bands with different levels ranging from extra light to extra heavy and I use them all. The bands come with a mesh carrying bag that you can put them all in (just make sure to roll them up so they all fit). There's also an e-book that has some exercises you can do with them and two videos online that you can watch that are very helpful. Also, the customer service is great. I was emailed by the company to make sure that I had received the product and was ensured that if any problems may have occurred, I was able to get ahold of them to help. Great product and great service. I would definitely recommend the product.

These bands are great! They do stay flat against the body the majority of the time, although they do roll up sometimes in certain exercises. Not a big deal to me though because it doesn't happen often. I use these for "donkey kickbacks", leg raises, and side/walking squats. You will feel the burn, big time! I work out regularly at the gym, and found most use out of the "extra heavy" (black) one. It's not THAT tight, so... I'd keep that in mind for the purpose you plan to use these. The "light" one is loose. Therefore, the only downfall is that you may end up using just one or two of these, depending on your level of activity. Nonetheless, the price is low and quality is good, so it doesn't hurt to have a few that you don't use much or at all.

Il pacco è stato consegnato nei tempi previsti, perfetta la confezione. Cambia la resistenza della fascia elastica in base al colore e trovo molto utili anche gli ebook gratuiti con innumerevoli workout. Li sto utilizzando da una settimana, sembrano molto resistenti, vedremo se con il tempo manterranno questa caratteristica.
