A functional and beautiful pen for my collection
Cannot go wrong with Cross. Got a basic gold pen/pencil set from my wife when I left the Army for the business world. Cross pens are always attractive and work well, Have that original set from 47 years ago. This pen is exceptionally attractive.

If you like a slim pen this is lovely!
I have really liked Cross pens in years past. Seems their quality wasn't as good as in the past and so Ihadn't tried them again for a while. I liked the colors on this Wanderlust and so gave it a try. I wassurprised that the pen wrote smoothly and was very comfortable in hand - IF!! you prefer a very slim pen.The pen writes consistently on all qualities of paper and is a good workhorse everyday pen. Others havesaid the finish is delicate, but I don't cap the pen while using it and also keep it in a soft leather sleeve -just in case! The pattern is really very lovely! The pen line varies depending on the ink you are using.I especially like it with Namiki black - the line is fine and yet distinct. Cross has returned with a truly lovely pen! I am glad I tried it.

Not exactly like the ones made in the US
Not exactly like the ones made in the US; however, it is a Cross pen and is a quality product. The gold inlay is a bit more pronounced in this, the Japanese model. No leaks, ink flows great, same Cross quality that you'd expect because it is a Cross product.

Classic Beauty and Utility
I love to write; to see the words and letters flowing out to paper. This beautiful Cross pen is so smooth, so even. The pen is just the right weight, it's comfortable to hold, and it writes so smoothly. No clotting, skipping or scratching of ink. The beauty of any Cross pen is breathtaking and the 'Borneo' particularly so. The shades of green on ivory trimmed with gold is a joy to own. Give it as a gift or buy it for yourself. You and/or a lucky recipient won't be disappointed.

I love my pen
Beautiful pen, writes well with smooth ink that doesn't blob or get gummy. The only draw back is that it takes two hands to twist the writing tip out. This is not a top click pen but its worth the effort. I love it.
