M y cat decided at a very young age not to drink from a bowl and just has to from the fawsett .. I was such of having to leave my bathroom water trickling lol, so I bought this and she really loves it.. I put ice cubes in the water to keep it cold for her .. Only issue is it's a pain to clean .. I use vinegar to clean it and also the water filters to entend there life.. I soak them in vinagar then run hot water through them in the reverse direction that the water runs through them and it even take the discoloration from them .. give you twice the time before replacing the filter .. the unit itself lights up blue with an led in the water and there's a switch on the cable .. However they should put a quick disconnect at bowl end for cleaning .. it's a nice unit

It only took our cats about a day to figure out how to drink out of this fountain. It solved two problems I was having: first, one cat would always stick his paw in the water & drink off that and make the water dirty &, two, one cat keep drinking out of the faucet in the kitchen sink. She now drinks from the flowing water & my boy does not stick his paw in the water so much. If he does, at least gets filtered & I only have to clean it out once a week or so instead of multiple times a day. The other cat seems to like it just fine too. I really like how quite it is & the blue light makes a nice night light in the kitchen. The power cord is long enough (about 5 feet) to go from the fountain under our buffet & reach the outlet which is at chair-rail height. I think the stainless steel bowl is a more sanitary option than plastic. I am so glad I tried it & I hope it keeps working for a long time!

I just got this for my cats. The water pump is not strong enough to push the water on to the metal tray or for the water to come out through the flower. I would like Pedi to reach out to help me.

Love love!! My cats do to..It was easy to put together..keeps water cold also..My son's puppy even took to it. I thought she would be scared, nope, not at all. Makes no noise either..Like I said, I love it!

I like this for the purpose it's just not my style. I thought buying a regular water fountain would work but my cats like this more. There is a nice window on the side that tells me when its low and the filter is great. It's not about home style when your kitties are thirsty. I'm so happy that they are drinking more now that we have this. I have a sweet kitty (he is the baby) 2 years old and a big mischief maker. We had the water dishes that held a quart in a reservoir but he kept tipping them over. I know it's not because he cant see the water because even when we had that one and the other two he would still tip that one over and not even try to drink from it. Since we took that one away he doesn't do it with the fountains.

Good water dish, my cat uses it for a drink. She seems to enjoy the streams of water trickling from the center flower.Only 4 stars because it arrived with a small 1 inch semi-circle broken out of the base ring for the dish. This didn’t affect the overall function of the water dish but shows that it was likely not packed and handled well. I’d still recommend it if you have a cat that enjoys small streams of flowing water.

Got this for my dog and she used it immediately BUT two days later it started leaking and saturated my carpet then we moved it into the dining room on hard wood floors and it didn’t leak a drop but my dog has had her food and water bowls in the very same spot since she was 6 weeks old and she will not drink it unless it where she’s used to. Has anyone have the leaking because NO WHERE Did the info that came with it that it MUST be put on solid floors no carpet

I fun product! I have 3 cats and 1 of them absolutely loves drinking out of it & wont drink out of the regular bowl anymore. 1 of them finds it just ok. And the 3rd still prefers the bowl on the bathroom sink. My husband likes it because it acts as a nightlight for him when he walks through the kitchen at night. And I love that the water is constantly being run through the pump so it is never standing stagnant. It's not too very loud and easy to set up.

The first one was very difficult to clean and the pump would clog often, even with using filters, it was a completely different set up. Our second was very similar to this, but all parts were plastic and after 2 years, it started to smell funky, even after a good cleaning and flushing the pump with vinegar, the cats stopped drinking from it then. This one is similar, but the plastic base seems more hard and sturdy, and has a stainless cover to resist smells and bacteria. The light is great, our oldest is 19 years old and we worry her eyes may be going. The flower is cute, but adds a small tinkling water noise, is usable without the flower as well if you dont like the water sound. My cats drink from it either way. Pump is very quiet.

1) Assembly is not an issue and straightforward2) the pump itself don,t do much noise, but the wire attached to it create a buzz difficult to ignore3) the "flower water" was not something my cat wanted to use, so I remove it and put a drain hose piece who fit perfectly and able to mimic a faucet as he like (see attached picture) since then, he drink more than ever and it is good for himWindGhost

I bought this fountain to replace one I had bought from the pet store whose motor broke after only about 6 months of use. This fountain arrived very quickly and was easy to set up. I like the size of the filter and that our cats will drink from an easy to clean stainless steel surface (rather than plastic like most, where calcium easily collects). It's very quiet, and better water flow than our old one. Really a great purchase!

Cats seem interested! Easy to set up, quiet and I love the night light for my senior cat. Much better than the glass bowl I had before, and I like the mat it came with :)

I’ve had other pet water fountains but I prefer this style. The waterer was very easy to put together with the instructions given, only took a few minutes to get it up and running. It came with 2 filters. I like the stainless steel bowl plus the ability that it is so easy to take apart, no awkward parts to try and pull apart to clean as my others have been. Pump seems like all others, will be easy to disassemble and clean. Like the light as I can quickly see when I need to add water. I’m surprised that my cat didn’t need any encouragement to use it and seems to enjoy the “flow”. However she still visits me at the bathroom sink for a night time drink😂. The waterer is very quiet. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have a longer cord. No issues so far. Works as described.
