I thought I would give this a try to see if it would improve my mood and increase my mental sharpness. Read somewhere to give it at least two weeks to notice any effect. Generally I don't have much luck with any supplement, glucosamine the only thing I can say for sure helped me with knee pain. Been taking this for about seven weeks now, have to say I have noticed a subtle betterment of mood and motivation. Also, have been considering one of the ED drugs, but have noticed an increase in number and hardness of erections, not what I originally ordered this for, but the effect is there. I have not taken anything else new, so have to attribute the effects to this supplement.

I wanted to withhold a review until I had my blood work done. I bought this to try and reduce my belly size and hoped it actually did something with my glucose, since I am diabetic. Well bloodwork done and I am ecstatic!A1C lowered from 7.4 to 6.5! That's a great drop!! Second, belly is not sticking out as far and pants are a bit looser. Lost only 6 lbs but I feel it! I purposely did not change my diet because, really, that's the only way to tell if the pills are working. Now that I know that there are good effects, I will be continuing these pills. Hoping my glucose drops even further so I can reduce my meds.Addendum: two updates...I have to stop the meds because it is countering the effects of my antiplatelet meds. Platelet count went way up and I could feel the lack of circulation in my feet. The second thing I found out is that you should not take these for longer than 2 months. I am going to give myself a month break and if the circulation improves, will take them again for a month. Plan is to take them, take a break and so on. Hopefully I don't screw up my circulation permanently.

Been taking this for 3 weeks and can notice big differences in mood, brain fog and even congestion from allergies. Of course it helps the sex drive to but not what I was taking it for. Longer , thicker and endurance is alot better

Not many products work or it's usually placebo in making you believe supplements are working. The reason why i know this actually works is because right now i am not taking this and i see the detrimental effects. I am OCD with my routine and my diet stays the same. I try to work out everyday an hour after coming home from work. I haven't been taking this korean ginseng supplements for about 2 or 3 weeks now due to running out and i can definitely tell days after not taking them i don't seem to have the energy i did coming home from work than when i was taking them. I'm not saying this will make you invincible but there is a difference. I think the only way for someone to understand is to take these supplements everyday until the bottle is empty, then don't take them for a couple of weeks. Just like i did. And you'll see and feel the difference. That was the reason why i didn't repurchase right away, because i wanted to see if there was a difference. And there was.

I will tell you these pills really work.You get a lot more energy,all the time.Plus high potency in the boys dept.
