Hmmmm... Rice Noodles? -- hold on there just a minute.
Wheat flour is ahead of rice flour in the ingredient list or somewhere in there. I bought to avoid wheat - my bad for not reviewing ingredients. Thought RICE noodles would be made OUT OF RICE!!!

Has been in my pantry 2 years.
First.. I love the brand. I've been buying La Choy for over 30 years. The case of 12 arrived in perfect condition. They are still fresh and crunchy.I got my magnifying glass and scoped out the label. Label says "inspired by" Asian cuisine. I'm thinking the "rice" name refers to that Asian cuisine.Truth in labeling is why company has rice as ingredient. After all, it really couldn't be called wheat noodles... that's just not Asian at all.Someone said they don't taste the same as from a restaurant. Well go to the restaurant and buy their noodles. These do not have a chemical odor or taste. That's just a weird. And, Yes, I put this s*** on everything.. salads, soups baked potatoes etc. And as a snack. Annnd, they go with my other La Choy food. Try it You might like it! > Big Smile <

Different from the ordinary cracker style noodle fare
I recently bought an Asian deli salad from Safeway that was really quite good for a pre-made salad. It was one of those single serving in a container types with the nuts, crunchy noodles and dressing packaged separately to keep them from getting soggy. I noticed right away that the noodles were a lot finer and more delicate than the usual 'canned' crunchy Chow Mein noodles you usually find at the Asian food section. According to the ingredients label on the salad, these were rice noodles not wheat and so began the quest to find them which I could not at the imported food section of any grocery store I checked. Nor did I find them at my local Asian food store so I turned to Amazon and found them promptly. They were very reasonably priced for the quantity you get if you order a multi-pack, less so if you try and order an individual can so I ordered the six pack and hope I will be able to get through it all before they get stale. These really are a step above the thicker wheat version of the same thing.

Good price for hard to find item.
Why are these so hard to find in grocery stores? I just gave up looking and bought a case. Of course, the next week my grocery restocked them, but I noticed they were gone the same week. They keep, so I'm happy I don't have to keep looking for them. We eat a lot of salad, and they are perfect for salads and stir-fries. I have been known to eat them from the can, too...

Love these and can’t find them in stores
We gave these a shot based on reviews and are now hooked. We use them in soup, on salads, and even eat them right out of the can as a crunchy snack. We much prefer these to the standard noodles because they’re thinner and crunchier and don’t have the somewhat dry and chalky texture of the thicker noodles. I only wish they were available in larger sizes as they’d probably be cheaper and cause less packaging waste, but we love them nonetheless. I haven’t been able to find them in any stores around here so I’m glad they’re available on Amazon.

very tasty - they do have wheat though
I was looking for non-wheat crispy noodles, so I thought these would work. They are delicious, and I can't find them in my local store anymore. However, they do have wheat in them, so be aware if you are looking for 100% rice noodles.

I like, no LOVE these RICE NOODLES
I like, no LOVE these RICE NOODLES! I think they taste better, and are crunchier than the La Choy Chow Mein noodles. They are GREAT with salads, added to yogurt, as a snack out of your hand, heck their even good with Chineese food.Even though you have to order 12 cans, they ship perfectly and are easy to store ( I've had my shipment a little over 3 weeks and I'm already on my 4th can.)
