Q: how is the quality of this mug over time? Does it chip paint/finish easily?

The quality is good. It hasn't chipped but we don't put it in the dish washer. The words are still nice and dark. Hope this helps.

Q: Is the handle for right handed or left handed drinkers? My boss is left handed and i'm wondering if the wording will show face him or outward?

This mug is printed on both sides. Either left or right handed will have fun.

Yes yes yes!

So cute. Exactly what I thought it was going to be. Totally giftable. But it does look a little fragile so I wouldn’t say it’s sturdy. But I am happy with it and can’t wait to gift it.

I bought this as a gift for my son who is indeed, awesome. He loves it and has left it here so every time he visits, (which is often), he wants "his" mug. The large size and wide handle make it comfortable to hold and drink from. It's been dropped a few times but no chips, or cracks and seems to be very sturdy. Great gift or for your own awesome self. Worth the cost.
