Ideal for mtb and cyclocross
These studs are brilliant for mtb and cyclocross as they are a little narrower than other studs which in turn enable them to dig into even dry hard mud when off the bike and having to climb.They give confidence and purchase in all conditions.

Fit Shimano XC7 toe stud holes
Fit my Shimano XC7 shoes fine (which is great as cannot get shimano version for love nor money! Thankfully Shimano have used the same standard screw size - well done Shimano!)
