I have take other brands of Berberine and this one is another good contender. No I’ll side effects. Easy to swallow arrived quickly. I’ve also had a little hunger suppression as well. I like this!

This product does lower blood sugar. For me it works with regular dinner type carbs (ie bread on a sandwich) but apparently my blood sugar is too bad for it too work with sugar like candy./desserts. No fillers so that’s good. Pill is a little big but from reading other berberine reviews that seems standard. I’ve been using this product about 3 weeks now so I can’t speak for lowering A1C but if you need a little extra help with your post meal testing, this might work for you. I still take my metformin. For me it is a supplementary to metformin some people take it instead of metformin.

I chose this one because it doesn’t have any additives. It does seem to have a measurable effect on my blood sugar and doesn’t cause any adverse effects. I take one capsule in the morning, and one capsule in the evening. I took 3 capsules at once on one occasion to see what would happen and it caused diarrhea and vomiting so I don’t recommend doing that.

I have bought other brands and these are similar or just the same as the others. I was expecting the item in the picture but my bottle was white, I suppose it’s the same thing but should be disclosed.

i've only been taking it for 2 weeks and watching what i eat..and my blood count has gone down to 5.7 from 6.5.I'll keep on taking it and diet properly and see what happens. I'll let you know

I like the fact that the capsule contains only berberine, no fillers. I need to lower my A1c from 6.4 which was my last test result. Even though I have not had another test, I can tell a difference after eating that I do not get sleepy as is the norm for me. Another A1c test in 2 months and I will know for sure.

in my case; it did not lower my sugar levels much but alongside my doctor's prescribe medicines is helping me get there. of course i have to exercise on a daily basis but at least this medicine is almost like regular food.

I've used several products to get Berberine. I like the quality of this product and feel good about using it. I recommend HMS Berberine.
