SMELLS FANTASTIC!
First found this soap at Whole Foods, and I have ordered more since. It smells GREAT! Very unique! I have no proof it's better/worse than any other soap, but it gets the job done and the scent is very pleasing. I also appreciate Pacha's charitable pursuit to help fund clean water iniatives, as water treatment is my profession.

Licorice verging on tar-patched asphalt
This is the strongest smelling soap - if you can recall working in a place where the boss smoked cigars, this is twice that. I don't so much get tobacco, as in warm tobacco pipe candle (DW) that makes people "mmmmm . . . " but old-school "barbershop" ashcan stuff, with people wondering if you allowed coffee to boil to the point of scalding a metal pot. if you want to mask an odor without spending much, this is what you buy.

Not the same fragrance as before
I am really stuck here. I love Pacha Soap, and I buy it whenever I am at Whole Foods. The scents are fantastic, creative, and wonderful.I ordered the Pipe Tobacco and Coffee bars to replace the original ones that I had previously purchased for my husband. He used it to scent his t-shirts, and we both love the smell. It was so very masculine and sexy, with a note of power to it that was a real turn on. My husband, who isn't big on aftershaves for him or perfumes for me, LOVED the soap and was extremely sad when it finally lost its scent after about two years.I was ecstatic when I found the company and the scent on Amazon. I got it for my husband's birthday, hoping that he'd finally like a present I gave him. He didn't, because the scent wasn't the same. It was more feminine. More floral. Not the strong, masculine, beefy smell that the previous bars had.I contacted the company, and they were very, very nice, and quick to respond. I was informed that the scent had changed. I understand that these things happen, but now I have two bars of soap that no one wants.I do hope that they can go back to their original scent. If they do, they will have a rather large order from me!

I love its abrasive quality!
This soap is awesome! I love the abrasive quality that it has. It feels great! The smell is actually quite mild and pleasant. And this is a great socially responsible business that gives a bar of soap away for every one that was sold. I will definitely buy more PACHA soaps!

Not a strong tobacco smell.
Its smells but not getting much of the tobacco frangrqnce, I would have loved for it to be much stronger.
