Looks to hold the ASUS router securely and color matches the unit well, we have the white.Other reviews mentioned it is hard to remove the router once installed. While this is true, before mouting on the wall I inserted and removed the router a few times and this seemed to help loosen tabs for easier removal once installed on the wall. Best to run cables before inserting in the holder as it gets tight once installed.I am not a big fan of drywall mollies. I was able to screw one end into a stud and on the other used a plastic medium size toggel. Holds the mount to the wall securely.The bottom of the holder is not finished but depending on the height of install that may not be an issue.

The manufacturer provides good hardware to mount to the wall easily. The WiFi unit snaps into the holder for a very snug fit to the holder. Make sure you can access the WiFi female connector because it's difficult to remove the WiFi unit once attached to the holder.

If the cable slot opening was closer to the router, I'd be very happy with this design. I had already wall mounted my Asus XT8 nodes on the walls with a generic mount that only had straps.I was glad to find this custom built wall mount bracket for the router. But the 90° Ethernet cables I bought are binding the flex to max to angle down with this wall mount bracket- see photo. I tried straight thru cable as well and these will bind to the max flex as well. Seems a tad short sided to not get the cable relief right. Looks like maybe intended for wall passthrough with the Ethernet cables? I'm not currently passing the cables through the wall but down in front of the wall.Otherwise, much better than that generic strap bracket I used prior. Note in the photo the bracket secures the router from the back with two thick clips. These are strong; to remove the router node, I'd suggest tipping the top of router node towards the wall by separating from the front the gap at bottom between node and bracket. If that makes sense? Consider the wall bracket needs support while separating; support the bracket while wedging the gap opening to prevent snapping the bracket in half while tipping the router node towards the wall. Do it once and you'll know what I mean and can reason this out for yourself.

Fits like a glove!

This product is well made and can hold your ASUS wifi modem. It is a hard plastic and comes with necessary screws. Ideally, it should be mounted on the studs but once in place, it’ll hold the modem no problem. If you have the ASUS zen wifi, this is a nice holder for it and can be mounted on the wall

This mount fit better than I expected. I didn't have any knowledge of the little shelf clamping the router to the shelf. You could mount this upside down or even 90 degrees, making the shelf vertical. I was suprised. the only thing I didn't look for or try was cable management. Maybe a Ziptie square underneath or in the back but if you can drill the holes in the wall to mount this, why not put a couple in the back of it to route cables and clamp if you desire.Very happy with the shelf and it comes with 2.

I have a 2800sq ft 2 story house with a basement. I put one on each story and have 100% coverage at 400+MB to my iPhone and even more to my desktops & laptops.I have a total of 30 devices and no slowdowns anywhere.

This one does not work with Asus ZenWiFi XT9 ! Not Fit and have to pay for return!!

This was delivered much quicker than originally quoted which is always a nice surprise. It is moulded plastic but seems well made and fits the router very well. I would prefer slightly longer and thicker mounting screws and with the mount being plastic I am going to insert a washer between the screw and the plastic to reduce the risk of cracking the plastic mount.

I faced no issues installing it and it holds the routers very nicely. Network in my house is now even better with less interference.

Since the AX6000 is such a neat looking router, it’s not a problem to have it out in the open. The holder makes installation neat and simple.
