Being a liquid makes this easy to swallow. The flavor isn’t horrible but it’s also not yummy! That being said I sleep like a rock when I take it as directed.

This is a great product and you notice the difference or positive benefits almost immediately. There is a subtle taste to it that’s a little pungent, but not too bad and where it’s a thin liquid it’s easily ingested and then the taste is gone.

I got this to help me sleep, it’s helping somewhat, we shall see after more time! Don’t love the taste, but if it helps me sleep, that’s not a big deal. And the bottom line is that no matter what it’s good for me!

This seems like a good quality product. Nice flavor. But I haven’t noticed any improvements in my quality of sleep. I’ve been taking it for over a week. Maybe it takes longer than that to work?

Increases REM sleep. Have notice an increase in REM sleep when I take this.Recommend it.

Ordered based on a friend's recommendation, so I didn't check the fine print like I normally would have. Big mistake. There's no way to know how much lion's mane you're getting because they only include the total amount of "proprietary blend" which includes kakadu plum. That means it's a secret. Will never buy anything from Life Cykel again.Also, it tastes pretty awful and the dose is two full droppers (2 ml) -- except the dropper is of such poor quality it won't hold a whole dropperful (1 ml). The dropper doesn't matter much, but adds to my lack of confidence in the level of quality Life Cykel is comfortable with.
