Pretty cool stuff
I've never used spikenard before, but have had incense advertised to have it in it.This smells like those incense ropes I get from Nepal, but I can drink it!Very grounding beverage. I have nothing else to compare it to, but...I have used herbs for much of my life, and am sensitive to their effects. This works as it is traditionally recommended, and I happily support this company.

Great sleep
This really works to put me to sleep, even if my mind won’t be still or I’ve had too much caffeine. Puts me to sleep for half the night then I can use more for the second half. Tastes really terrible, I guess you are supposed to mix it. Would be worth buying empty capsules and stuffing them. But compared to losing sleep, it’s not as big an issue, I’m past worrying about a minute of discomfort.
