Bought this for my husband for work. He loves all the different compartments because he carries a lot more than his lunch.

“I am happy with the design, plenty of storage to keep all my 'stuff'!, It arrived with a replacement liner which I think is a great idea in case the original one rips. The bag is sturdy and keeps the items I want to stay cold, cold. I do use a freezer pack with this bag. I am happy with the overall construction and the bag looks really nice, all the zippers are great quality and work flawlessly.**6 month update**I've been using this bag almost every day for the past 6 months, I am still extremely happy with the design and quality of it. I carry a lot of food and canned drinks every time I use it and it withstands all the abuse I throw at it, zippers still work flawlessly and the straps are still like new, I would buy this bag again in a heartbeat!!.**1 Year Update**After a full year of constant use, this lunch bag is still everything and more I was hoping for when I purchased it. It still looks and works like new, no issues at all with the zippers or seams, and I use this bag almost every single day, carrying at least 2 full meals, bottles of water, cans of juice, etc.

I have used this bag for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It was exactly what I was looking for. The main compartment definitely keeps things cool all day and is very large. I put my water jug in there along with my lunch and everything stays cold the whole work day. The top compartment isn't as well insulated, but it's fine.Ok, the warranty. They sent a little card with the bag that said it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY and to register on their website. I get to their website and see this message:Warranty:Mojecto warranty covers six months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Lifetime means the six months from the date of purchase in the lifetime of the original owner/purchaser or during the first six months time when he/she owns the bag, lifetime warranty does not mean the lifetime of the product itself. If manufacturing defect appears within six months of the date of purchase and if you are the original owner, you can initiate your warranty. Our warranty only applies to the products purchased from us. Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects which typically appear within few weeks of purchase. Our warranty does not cover defects or damage from normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to replace the bag.Just letting everyone know this. However, this is a very well constructed bag and I honestly don't see anything happening to it, even under stress and not really "taking care of it".

Nice big cooler bag and does keep things cold throughout my 12 hour day (with plenty of ice packs). NOT as durable as I expected. Mesh side pocket blew out (ripped mesh). Handle webbing is a bit flimsy. Comes with two zip-in liners: both liners split at seams within two months: I threw them away. I use the bag without the liners now. On the large bag there is a sleeve on the back to slide over a luggage handle. I'll never slide this over luggage! The sleeve is useless to me since it is open at the bottom: it would be better if the bottom were zippered, velcro'd, or just sewn shut so it could be used as a pocket for a book or a newspaper. A couple loops or rings on the outside would be handy on the outside of the bag to clip my keys, work badge, or carabiner. I sent several more suggestions to the seller/manufacturer but no one respondedUPDATE: Manufacturer very honest and refunded my entire purchase price due to my dissatisfaction. They also contacted me to to inform they are considering my suggestions. It's nice to know there are still honorable manufacturers who strive to improve their product. I'm still using my cooler bag! Several friends at work have ordered the large bag after seeing how much I can carry and impressed that it can keep things cold through a 12 hour day. (Don't forget the ICE PACKS!)Just ordered another one of these for a friend at work who has been admiring my cooler bag but does not have an Amazon account. I think he's going to dig it!

I love this bag so far! I am a flight attendant and I often try to bring food with me for my trips. Often I am gone for 3 nights from my house and on a plane for most of that time with no access to a refrigerator or freezer to keep my food. I ordered this bag because after looking a quite a few bags and review it seemed to have a capacity I was looking for as well as the stay cold ability. I use ice packs that are used to keep medicines cold when being shipped and they will stay cold as long as the bag they're in is well insulated. This is THAT BAG!!! The construction of the bag is awesome, it came to me with a removable shoulder strap and two zip out liners to help avoid any leaking though the seams. I was very impressed with the size as well, I was able to fit food for all 3 1/2 days of my trip in this bag. The room on top for things that don't need to be kept cold was perfect, and the side pouches unzipped to fit a water bottle. I honestly have thought about ordering like 5 more of these so in case something happens to mine I have backups! One day I had food in with ice packs from 5am to 9pm and my ice packs were still frozen in the centers and all my food was very cold as well!! Way to go ProStar! You're this flight attendants new favorite piece of luggage!!!
