These are amazing if you are an athlete like myself or good for general hydration in the summer months. They are low in calories, have the added benefit of a great taste that comes in a variety of choices and hydrates your body better than plain water....for those who don't drink enough fluids. These are brilliant value for money, easy storage, good shelf life and sugar free. Excellent product 👌

These are absolutely not safe for prolonged fasting. Just 1% of the calcium you need and 3.5% of the potassium. I found this out the hard way. Have posted the ingredients here so other people don’t make my mistake.They taste great and I’m sure they are good for other purposes.
