Initially, I used the first one I received a handful of times and it broke. I gave a unfavorable review. Within a day, I was contacted by Anoke customer service who asked if there was anything that could be done. Refund? I still had a need for the item, so I offered to accept a replacement instead of refund. The original item worked perfectly up until it unfortunately broke. So, I have since changed my rating and respect the customer service I received. The replacement was received today. Thank you Anoke for standing up and replacing the item with minimal hassle.

It's interesting that the first charger lasted for 2 years and when I purchased a replacement, it lost a tooth to the charger in about 5 weeks. They sure don't make things like they use to.
