This is made from heavy card stock and the hearts have been machine stitched with transparent thread to give a true floating effect. Each end is finished with white ribbon that makes it easy to hang the garland. Or simply snip off the length you want and hang with thumb tacks or drape any way you'd like. When hanging, the hearts on this pretty little garland float back and forth and have really great movement. This garland is double-sided!
