As this aquarium pump is submersible, and need to be put into water fully before power on to avoid the aquarium pump burning out.Prohibit no-load running. It would shorten its lifespan and lead to making loud noises when running in the air for long time, When changing water, please disconnect power supply.

Works great!
Wasn't sure what to expect, but this works just fine and does the job it's meant to. I accidentally let the water level get a little low a couple of times, but got it covered back up and didn't experience any problems due to my negligence. I am using it as a replacement pump for an in home decor type water fountain (small to medium in size). Has adjustable flow as well. Works great!

Great little pump!
Great little pump for our frogs tank waterfall. We could hear the little motor going when we first set up the tank off and on, but after 2 weeks it’s gotten much quieter and I never notice it. I think maybe the gravel in the water was getting pushed up against it and it was struggling to suck up water? Anyways now it’s basically silent!
