Sound quality was good, and the earpiece is comfortable, but I hate the charger. The earpiece can only be charged with the special charging device. Since this has no micro usb port, if you want to charge it in your car, you have to remember to take the special charger device.Yes, a separate USB-powered charging stand is included, but it was next to impossible to fit it into the female end of my USB extension cable. This is a royal pain to charge and I am returning it.

Bought four at the same time to replace my very good Bose that are no longer made and was able to get five of them for the same price as one Bose. Out of all of them was expecting the least from this one and it proved to be the best. Do not ask my customers how I sound but always let me know if it is horrible and this one had them moot! Nice and light and like the charger cable with it's own docking like port.

To give this unit 5 stars would be a stretch, I actually feel like it's more like 3.5 stars not 4 but that's what I'm putting. It's an ok blue tooth headset and I don't see it any more superior to other Bluetooth on the market. People I talk to still claim there is still plenty of background noise. Comfort wise I think it's ok as well I've had better personally. But for the price it's an ok unit

The Bluetooth arrived and initially connected to my phone without issue. Call quality was mediocre but for the price could not be beat. Battery time was certainly sufficient as well. HOWEVER after the first 30 days, the earpiece started becoming less reliable, continuously disconnecting. Now after 60 days, it will not connect to my phone at all, as if my phone is unable to”find” the earbud.

Very comfortable and easy to wear. Very lightweight, you won't even know it's there. Great sound quality and noise cancelling too. A must have Bluetooth. Usb charger. You'll never have to buy another one.

Love it easy to use but have to carry the charging plug just in case so far it has lasted the day but the plug is different the the normal plugs use for head phones.

This earpiece is comfortable and all around good product for the price but it does not have a very long talk time and will disconnect itself quite often before the money it is a good buy
