Q: Will the small size fit a man who 5ft 4in tall waist 31in or slimmer?

Waist size i think it’ll fit but the inseam are a little longer than i expected but the tapered cuffs helps alot so it doesn’t feel loose, im a 34 waist and 30 on length and i got the large and i think the length measures 32L. Hope this helps a lil
