Cons:This item is not always working. It tooks me 48 hours to finally find out the issues below:1. It disconnects to the internet from time to time.2. The alarm is not always triggered.3. The app kicks you out from time to time. Sometimes the settings look all gone and it does not allow you to reset. This problem may happen when you check Internet Connection Sometimes it comes back to normal when you restart your cell phone.Pro: The only thing good is it allows your own cloud (e.g. dropbox or google drive) to upload the pictures triggered by the motion detection.

Device works, however until I can get the PC software it is useless to me. Manual says to ask the seller for the PC software... but it looks like others are getting ignored for that request. 1 star until I can use it with my PC.EDIT: Well I've found a way to connect via the browser... after scanning my network, I found the IP address of the device, once I had that I scanned it for open ports, and it had two 23, and 81. Knowing that 81 is likely an html port, I was able to open the device webpage. This camera connects via Ethernet first in order to configure the camera to connect via wifi. Once connected the camera is identified easily. The controls once connected to the smartphone are easy to use. As per camera quality, the quality is decent for both night and day. I like the fact you can change the night mode from switch of s button.

Set up was a headache... but I got it done. It's a good idea, at least in theory to access the feed on your phone, but I don't recommend it. That's what I wanted, to check my phone and be able to see what's going on at home. The video is too glitchy and randomly stops. You can move the camera remotely with your phone IF you're able to stay in the app without it crashing long enough. It doesn't move on its own. Opening the app uses up my phone battery and it's unreliable. I bought this camera on the Amazon deals page so I guess it could've been worse. It's now listed as unavailable.

The camera looks nice has great pic quality regular and night vision very clear and the audio is nice...the BAD thing is it says wireless but as soon as you disconnect from the router it says offline on the app the instructions to setup were fairly easy but IT'S NOT WIRELESS and that sucks because where I need it my router is not in that area of my home so since it's useless I will be returning for a full refund immediately and investing in a real WIRELESS camera guess cheap isn't always better

Okai I got this at $19.99 some weeks ago, now I saw that its down to $16.XX, I'll definitively not pay again $19.99 because the quality is near to be poor, anyways you're able to recognize the people and the best feature is that this product auto upload the pictures to gdrive or dropbox, this feature is almost unique because I have not found it on other cameras even of the same brand. For the price of $16.XX its just fine.

Works well... the camera sometimes starts clicking as if its trying to position itself or move on its own. The support app is terrible and the setup is different if you have a android vs iPhone for example you have to put a password with more than 8 characters on android but that is too many for iPhone.. so you have to pick another password if you partner has a different OS. Camera movement is loud. other than that does what its supposed to do. For the price, id say its not bad. But 3 stars because it does that clicking thing..

CRAP! It will not connect via WiFi. It connects via wired connection only but following the instructions, all it says is "connecting" and then "offline". Only buy if you can live with a wired connection. I have not tried to bring up the video from work yet on my tablet.
