Q: Are the aux contacts also rated for 20a? i would like to control a 110v well pump using the nc contact so when energized the well pump would be off

That is correct contacts rated at 20A @ 110V

Q: Do You have 30 amp rated at 120vac

Not sure the question here, the contactor contacts are rated for 20 Amp Max Load at 600VAC for this particular contactor. They make contactors for 10+ amps into the Hundreds. The coil is rated for 110VAC but does not pull 20 Amps it would pull less than a tenth or around that I would guess. Hope this help answer the question.
