I like this book. Easy and simple. Illustrations are great and easy to follow. Gives you a little information about Reiki and shows lots hand movements for the use of Reiki. It a great supplement to add to my Reiki library.

To say that this book is a work of art would be an understatement. I've been called to this practice for quite some time but have never quite felt that I understood the ins and outs of all of the different ways that reiki can be applied until I came across this beautifully illustrated book. Hae Lee breaks down reiki into digestible concepts that meet the reader where they are at in their reiki journey. I feel wiser and more prepared for my future attunement having read it, I've given this book as gifts to friends who feel similarly called to this healing modality, and I highly recommend it to anyone out there that is looking to learn or expand their knowledge of what reiki can actually help heal.

I have been learning Reiki online since I don't have a Rieki Master near where I live. This book is very good for showing the exact hand positions used in Reiki Healing. Highly recommended...

I was so excited to hear that Hae had taken her gifts and created something to share with the world! This book is so detailed yet so simple to digest. I've been practicing Reiki for a few years and have found it to be a helpful refresher and a great book to travel with when I see clients.I also appreciate the diversity of images within the book - you can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating it!I recommend this book to anyone - from someone just finding interest in Reiki to a seasoned practitioner who is looking to enhance their practice, there's guidance in here for you!

I am a certified reiki 1,2 and master practitioner, I love all the extra that this book gives you, helps in alot of different ways and having different outlook and perspectives it’s always good to have more knowledge or to keep learning

As I am a beginner to Reiki I was pleased that the author starts out with the basics. If you are already familiar you probably could just skim the first few pages or use them as a review. I always thought of Reiki in terms of whole body healing as opposed to very specific ailments. I was very surprised and pleased to see the section on specific issues both physical and emotional. If you are interested in delving into the practice of Reiki I would definitely recommend adding this to your library.

I've received Reiki in the past so have a basic understanding of the process, but I'm now getting into studying it and this book is the perfect place to start. The history of the practice is covered, along with step-by-step guides on carrying out in person and distanced reiki sessions. I particularly liked the format of the visual guides, they were easy to follow and I'll be going back to the guides regularly as I begin my own reiki training. Highly recommend this book for anyone in the same position. :)
