Decent for the price and training
I'm an experienced roadie and have done training and long rides for years (+100 miles rides).I was looking for a pair of decent shorts to train in indoors. These are pretty good but not great and I doubt I'll take these on a road ride. There are several issues. The leg band is loose on my legs. I had to jump a size up as recommended and that was right but the leg band in this size to a tad too loose. The short leg length is also a tad too short. The back is too low. Typically with cycling shorts they'll be a little long on the back to accommodate when you are down in the bars. The last issue is the pad. It's comfortable but a bit too thick. These feel like you are wearing gel shorts which I don't like because it feels like you're wearing a diaper. So are they good for training, for me yes. Would I wear them on the road, no.But for the price and my needs they work. They should be fine for a casual rider too.Great deal

Pretty good for most riding
Now that I've used these shorts for many rides over a few months, I think they're actually pretty good for the price. The fit was good for my skinny but long legs. The spandex and stitching is comparatively comfortable to most of the other mid-price chamois I've owned in the past. And the chamois padding itself is nice and wide for where my sit bones are. Some might feel the padding in the chamois is too thick, but that's personal preference. And I haven't used them on any extra long rides yet, so I'm not sure how they'll feel after a full 8-12 hour day in the saddle. But the general weekend warrior use they've been on so far has been plenty good for the price.

Don't even look at the sizing table
My actual waist measurement is 32". I ordered a Santic Large and it fits. In Chinese sizes I also fit a 1x with one pair of another brand. My Louis Garneau shorts are size Small (also made in China). I'd say, estimate based on my 32" waist = Large to guess what size you actually need. The shorts themselves are rather nice. They're comfortable and not too long. The padding is good, and I've had no issues in about 125 miles of riding on different days. I've been complimented on the look. So all in all, I like them, and they're a bargain compared to the big names. I just wish it wasn't a random guess about size.

Comfortable shorts, pocket not lasting the best though.
Got it fast, they're decent biking shorts, the main reason I got them was for a pocket for my wallet. Unfortunately after several rides the packet got a hole in them. Still usable, but over time it will be unusable with a pocket

Very good pair of shorts!
These are my first pair of Santic shorts. The construction and quality seem to be very good and the comfort is also good so far as I have only take one ride for 1.5 hours. I purchased an XL size and they fit great for me. I am 6β3β tall and 195 lbs. I would say they are a great value for the price point. Overall I would say these are a good pair shorts that are worth buying''!!!

Does the job well
Good riding shorts. Fits well and the pocket is really nice to have. I bought a pair of these and a pair of Sponeed at the same time. I prefer the Santic because it's cut lower and has the pocket. For reference, I wear 36" waist pants and have a bit of a belly so I roll the waist band down. I bought the XL size and they fit very well. I ended up buying a second pair and rarely wear the Sponeed anymore.

Good Quality
I like the design and it's far better fabric than most of the cycling shorts I have ever purchased on Amazon. The only issue I have is the waist elastic band which is too loose.Other than that, it's a great quality.

Fantastic Padding
I'm getting back into mountain biking after a several year hiatus. Needing biking shorts, I scanned what Amazon had on offer. I decided to get a pair of these shorts based primarily on its range of sizes, as well as the reviews it got. You know, I never used to read reviews, considering them a waste of time. Well, one of the things that age is supposed to give you is a little more smarts than you had when you could tear up the trails for hours on end. So, yup, I read the reviews. Now, back in the Jurassic Age of mountain biking, sufficient padding where your tush met the seat was not something that was considered too important, hence the VERY THIN padding that characterized bike shorts then. I thank the trail gods that that has changed. Overall, this is a great biking short - well made, fits the way they say it will & does what it's supposed to, esp. padding wise. As I extend my rides, I've found that the one area I didn't have to worry about was getting sore in my nether regions because my bike shorts didn't offer enough comfort where you really notice it. I only bought one pair of these shorts, figuring if they didn't work I'd just return them. Now, I'm going to be getting at least 2 or 3 more of this product. 'Nough said?

good value
I like these. What I did not initially like was the padding. Too thick and too stiff. It really looked like I was wearing a huge maxi-pad with it sticking out (due to being too stiff) from the backside making it look really awkward.Happily it took only riding it a few times for it to loosen up, now I have no issues with them.

Great value for the money
My waist size (belly button level) is 37 in, hips (mid bum) 41 in, and mid-thigh 21.5 in. I normally buy large in all my clothing, pants and street shorts 34 waist (weird considering what I measured, clothing industry must do it differently). The XL US (or 2XL ASIA) fit perfectly, very comfortable around waist and thighs. As many have mentioned the padding is a little thick, more so than I would like, hopefully time will take care of it. Although it's thicker than what most riders are used to, it's not unbearable. For the price, I'm happy, and considering buying another pair.

These are legit
6'-0", 230lbs, 36 waist. I ordered XXL black/grey style, and they fit nicely. These bike shorts are proper length down the thigh, I appreciate they do not stop short/high on my leg. The legs elastics have good "grippy" rubber bits as well, so they stay in place. Chammy is comfy too. I've tried them both road & mountain biking, I like them so much I've ordered a second pair.

Watch out for size
I bought the medium, but it's too tight. According to the size chart, that was the size they recommended. i knew about "Chinese" sizes, but I should have gone with the large. I was at the upper range of the medium size (not by weight, though). Legs are also too tight. However, material is very good, well made, good seams and excellent inside padding. I can highly recommend it, but for me it's on the tight side, unfortunately. As with many Amazon products, direct from China, good luck returning it.
