Remote Control Replacement Compatible for Dyson Fan Remote Pure Cool DP01 DP03 TP02 TP03 Purifying Fan

When I ordered a replacement remote for my Dyson fan, I was initially skeptical about its quality. However, after receiving it and installing the battery (which was not included), I was pleasantly surprised to find that the remote actually worked! It works better than the original, with an improved range. It's worth noting that, unlike the original remote, this one is not magnetized and cannot be attached to the top of the fan. Other reviews have also mentioned this.

Obviously, missed this detail; it's just disappointing and surprising; should be in the headline, or there should be an alert. Returning; easier to return and get a proper one than to get the battery, have it delivered, and then find out this thing doesn't work.

Many people said this doesn’t work, but once I put the correct new battery in mine worked instantly. Stupidly I did not realize my original Dyson remote was magnetized to the top of the fan. So left it on a table and the dog bit into it barely, but broke it. My Dyson fan will not let me use a hotspot for the app, so this is the answer.

GARBAGE! Does not work at all and it is defective.

Well my dog, the little dear, ate the first remote that came with my Dyson fan. I bought this one to replace it and it works great, right out of the box. It didn’t come with a battery, so make sure to have one on hand. Also, it’s not magnetic and doesn’t attach to the top of the fan like the old one.

So far has worked well

The model numbers matched an it should have worked with the heat/cool air purifying dyson fan per the description. It has no button or way to change from heat to cool.
