Nice little circuit.
Needed a simple and widely supported I2C device, delivered quickly, to help with the debugging of a circuit. Arrived next day with simple packaging. There are no instructions, but the chip itself is a standard one and you can find plenty of references online.

Good
Works ok

very significant (but fixable) design flaw
for some reason, they decided to add some circuitry to charge whatever is in the battery holder, which is a very bad idea since e. g. 3V lithium batteries aren't meant to be charged at all, in particular not at 5V (when the module is connected to an arduino). i'd suggest to unsolder the diode and/or resistor or, alternatively, use a hi-cap instead of the battery.take a look in the arduino forums (where people have reported batteries going bad with this kind of module), in case it's not obvious what to do. personally, i just removed the charging part and it is working well for me.

Blew up my Arduino Mega
This was for a simple clock, as soon as I connected the system to the Arduino, the board went dead. No lights nothing. After unplugging the device from the Arduino, the system did not resume its operations. Further testing revealed that the Arduino Mega was destroyed. (The Arduino was purchased from the same company some months ago.) Further inspection on the "RTC Module" Reveled that some genius thought of connecting the button battery directly to the power rail. Shows that these people don't even test their own products. Returned it to the seller.
