The quality is quite good for the price. I have 32 waist and the M size fixed me fine. Depending on others, it might be a bit loose but it should be fine given hips are usually more than waist and it fit perfectly well there.It's comfortable to sit too. Shape also seems fine.A good one overall!

It’s cotton… so kinda tacky to maintain… Gets wrinkled. Otherwise good.
