I ordered a set of Egnaro rings to add some variety to my collection. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size. The packaging suggested contacting the vendor directly rather than initiating a return through Amazon, so I decided to give that a try.To my surprise, their customer service was excellent—quick, professional, and far beyond what I expected. After providing a bit of information to verify my purchase and confirm the correct size, they promptly shipped out a replacement. In fact, the new rings arrived even faster than my original order.As for the rings themselves, they’re exactly as described. The colors are slightly darker than what’s shown in the Amazon photos, but still close. The quality appears to be on par with similar silicone rings I’ve tried.

Great Quality and Excellent Service! My husband has been losing weight; his original wedding band is too large. Bought these for temporary use until he’s ready to get his original ring re-sized. The quality is super; better than expected (especially for this price), colors don’t fade & very comfortable. The first package was too large, so I followed directions on the package to get them replaced and the customer service is Excellent! The replacement rings were received within days. I don’t know if he’ll ever go back to his original band. I highly recommend this product!

I had my silicon wedding band for year when it finally starting seeing signs of wear and then broke. I found these to replace them and gave it a try. The sizing on mine was perfect. The colors were actually really nice. The "gold" was not too yellow and the silver looks more like platinum or tungsten. I primarily wear the black and silver band and it looks and feels great. As a bonus, there was a little not in the packaging saying the seller will send the right size if you contact them (which i had no need to do). If you know your ring size, grab these up.

They are made well, however the size was half size to large, Hoping the seller will consider exchange.

The product is exactly as described. Customer service is top-notch. I needed a smaller size and they provided them within a few days with friendly service. A bonus, the shipping package is a paper envelope that recycles easily and saves resources.

My husband works in delivery and need silicone rings so we don’t lose or damage his wedding ring. So we ordered these. The rings are nice quality. We measured my husband’s ring size but it was slightly bigger when we received the item.. So we needed to down size. We contacted customer service and they honored the replacement policy. Definitely will order from them again when my husband needs a new pack of rings. I would say if you are closer to 8.5, you can wear the 8-8.5. But if your ring size is closer to 8, better down size to the 7-7.5 rings.

i bought these rings at the chosen size ( 8.5-9 ) and these feel more like a 9.5 they look cool but a little too loose. Might have to downsize.

My order was one size off from what I needed I emailed the seller and they sent a replacement in the correct size that I received within a couple days. They look & fit great!
