Really impressed!
I wanted to try these tablets for a few months before I wrote a review. Now that this is the 2nd time I've bought some I feel I can now be honest. The first time I bought these I was under the impression I was to only take 1 tablet per day 30 minutes before food. After a month I noticed that I had lost a little weight but more importantly I had not put weight on. This latest bottle clearly says to take 2 tablets. Not only have I lost almost 10 pounds but again I haven't put weight on. I've also noticed that if I listen to my body I don't need to eat as much as I think. I am also on a huge amount of painkillers and some antidepressants and found that taking these ketones had no unpleasant effects. I have written this review without any free samples, I hope that this will help others make a choice.

I purchased these pills in August to help me loose weight. They are not a miracle weight loss, appetite suppressant pill. They do suppress your eating I've been taking these pills first thing in the morning with one large glass of water, and in the evening combined with exercising at the gym for an hour and watching my calorie intake and really my daily intake does not even reach 1500 calories for the day taking these pills so they are good you just can't be lazy and expect it to do all the work. You have to train and work your body also to see the effects

These are rubbish. They didn't do a thing. In fact they gave me migraine.Spend your money on some real berries. X

I have been using these for the past three weeks and although I have not lost any weight I can see a change in my shape and my clothes feel more comfortable too. I am going to keep on taking them and hope that I do loose some weight.
