Defective product- Not getting option to refund/exchange
The media could not be loaded. I just received this product and it's broken. While trying to return I am stuck in a loop without any option. I saw similar review earlier but thought that it would be a rare scenario but as per the quality being delivered and no option to return, it seems to be a deliberate intention of seller to just somehow sell their product without any respnsibility.

Serves the purpose
It is moderately sturdy, okay for bedside or sofaside books/magazines. Labelling makes assembling easy, but assembling has to be done by professional carpenter. Not a DIY unless you are pro with handling drill gun.

The media could not be loaded. Product is looking good and strong. But the width should be little bigger. Bigger books are coming out of the edges.

Pricing and delivery was good BUT
Pricing, delivery was good but assembling is a pain in the neck. 2 people are must to install as one needs to hold and other can assemble using screws. Even 2cms of misalignment will break the table. We got cracks while assembling it.But lets say you were 100% perfect and somehow assembled it, it can can take decent weight, I just filled with some books and took a pic and uploaded for demo.
