10mm 3/8'' No.140 Hooks on Plates ONLY 1 Pair SELF COLOUR

They may be self colour. They may be needing painting. But arriving already rusting? Really? The picture of the product, which is the representation of what the product should be, doesn't show it rusting so why send out this rubbish? Will be opening an A-Z for misrepresentation.

This may be my own failing but I had no idea that self colour meant 'will rust in two days if outside' i thought it meant it wasnt painted/paintable/who knows. It would have been good to have that actually mentioned in the advert. So as it was - it rusted all over in less than a week. I did mention it to the seller who told me (in my own words) 'well its self colour'
