It’s gas hose not water hose
The fittings were the correct size

I just received it, but seems more sturdy than the less expensive one I bought two years ago.
This hose replaces one I bought two years ago, also from Amazon, that cost 30% less than this one, but developed surface cracks within months and totally failed in two years. This seems heavier, and is clearly less prone to kinking. I believe that this one will hold up better, based on the reviews I've read. I will update this review in a year, or earlier if it is not up to my expections.

Well made, has some heft to it. No leaks, a little hard to swivel when starting but becomes much easier after a little while.
