ViewSonic TD2421 24 Inch Full HD 2-Point Touch Monitor with VGA, DVI, HDMI, USB, Eye Care for Remote Collaboration

Once you get it working it is great and good value for money compared with many others. However the installation instructions are appalling being fundamentally wrong. Don't bother to download and try to install the driver - it will never find the monitor. Nowhere in the installation guide is there any mention of the USB cable but that is what you need - the USB cable from the USB UP port to the computer is essential and that is what makes touch work.Initially connect the power cable, DVI Cable and Speaker cable between monitor and PC. Connect the USB cable to the monitor but not to the PC. Power up everything. Once powered up plug the other end of the USB cable to the PC and you should hear a dual tone sound.Click Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices and then wait a few seconds. A number of devices will appear and those will include TD2421 Series and Optical Touch Screen. When you do this for the first time blue bars may run across as your PC acquires the relevant software from the internet. Anyhow after both these items appear in the device list that's it - your touch screen should work.

Crisp, clear, full HD display but with a highly reflective screen - hence only four stars. Worked fine immediately when tested on Windows 10 - just plugged and played. I knew it would need third party drivers for my intended use with Apple MainStage/Logic Pro on my Mac. The touch screen now works well on my Mac when used with with the latest drivers purchased from Touch-Base - their technical support was second to none.

Nothing to dislike, we connected it to our new lighting board and immediately started to use it to set/control some parameters

Didn't work from out of the box. Seemed not to be new. Missing UK mains lead, only a European one. Turned on, showed a splash screen and turned off again...no "no signal" or anything. Looks like Amazon shipped a used one having been returned once already by someone else.Also NOT a Mac Touchscreen, which the description would lead you to believe it is, searching Amazon for "Mac Touchscreen" and this comes up. They can't claim Mac compatibility when it only acts as a monitor.I'm off to buy something from ao.com - at least I've always got NEW product from them!!

Excellent monitor. It has a clear picture with vivid colors. The touch screen works as a multi-touch but has low resolution and has problems on detecting at the edges of the screen even after performing the calibration.

love it after bad start with amazon order I reordered it o Thursday afternoon arrived11am Friday and that is not on prime quicker than the 3weeks it was going to take on prime anyway the monitor was easy to install no adjustment required excellent product would recommend to anybody excellent service by supplier

It does the job but has the worst viewing angle I've seen for a long time. At a 45 degree angle it looks like a monitor from about 20 years ago. Its also pretty useless as a touch screen for Windows 8 as the screen is recessed into the frame so you cant swipe from any edge. Wont be buy anything from View Sonic again.
