Amazing Kadai for an Indian kitchen
I bought the product recently a week back and started using for saute, making curries.. it's an amazingly built in a way that the base do not get charred while frying veggies or while making curries as well with a stainless steel bottom. Triply makes bottom to get heat in just few seconds and its very performing kadai for daily cooking. I bought in India and I am now regularly using it in Germany now on an Induction hotplate stove. No regrets in choosing this . Never miss out this product if you are looking for Triply kadai. Thanks to Bergner for this product design! :)Hint: Just make sure you hold the Handles with a cloth or put insulating sleeves for them before taking this kadai in hand. Handles gets heated up too, (may not be much of heat in handles when cooked on Induction stove!, it depends!)

Excellent quality kadai for Indian homes
As usual, top quality Bergner kadai. Even heating, non-stickey, cooked prawns biryani on 1st day, cooking was a breeze. Big fan of Bergner products.

Not worth the money. Turned black on sim, handles heat up
Base is not thick enough to prevent burning. First use itself the base turned black although the flame was very low. The handles also heat up. If this is the case with low flame i can only imagine what will happen with high flame. Disappointed with the brand. A much cheaper kadhai would have the same results. Do not waste money on this one.

Unexpected Burn Mark After First Seasoning – Quality Concerns !
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this stainless steel pan with high expectations, and I made sure to follow all the instructions provided in the booklet, along with watching recommended YouTube videos on how to properly season it before first use. I seasoned it carefully on medium heat as advised, but to my surprise, it developed a dark brown burnt mark on the bottom side.Being a premium quality. It raises concerns about either the material used or the quality control process. For a first-time use, such marks shouldn't appear if the pan is truly made to withstand standard seasoning methods.That said, I still proceeded to use the pan for cooking, but this initial experience left me questioning its durability and finish. I hope the performance improves over time, but this start wasn't reassuring.
